Designed by Mario Ferrarini, the Velis 942/PA tub chair is a core element of the extensive Velis seating family. The structure is built with a base in solid ash wood or Canaletto walnut. The design centers on the architectural relationship between the upholstery and the frame, specifically highlighting the visible wooden joint where the legs meet the seat to showcase the project's artisanal richness and solid construction.

Top & Materials :
The chair features a distinctive "pozzetto" or tub-style shell that provides a sense of enclosure. Both the seat and the curved backrest are padded with fire-retardant polyurethane foam. The upholstery can be selected from the wide range of fabrics, leathers, or faux leathers in the Potocco catalog. This model is also available in a bi-material version, allowing for a dynamic contrast between the internal and external shell finishes.
