    The Keel 922/S-OUT and 922/A-OUT by Potocco, designed by M+V, are premium outdoor stools that combine industrial steel with organic Iroko wood. Both models feature a slender steel rod frame and a handcrafted solid wood backrest, paired with a fully upholstered seat for maximum comfort. Standing at a height of 87 cm with a compact 47 x 48 cm footprint, these stools provide a nautical-inspired and weather-resistant seating solution for luxury outdoor bars and high-top dining environments.

    Features

    Structure & Frame:
    The Keel 922/S-OUT counter stool is part of a family born from a research into the relationship between geometric rigor and organic sinuosity. The structure is made of embossed steel rod finished with epoxy powders for outdoor durability, available in Anthracite or Aval. The backrest is crafted from solid Iroko wood, featuring soft and sinuous shapes achieved through a very particular manufacturing process.


    Top & Materials:
    This model features a fully upholstered seat, which distinguishes the Keel family from the Keel Light collection. The seat is padded with fire-retardant polyurethane foam and can be covered in a wide selection of outdoor fabrics from the Potocco collection. The design references the nautical world, balancing a linear steel structure with the warmth of wood and textiles.


    Shelves & Storage:
    As a functional seating element for bar or kitchen areas, the stool does not include integrated shelves or storage. The focus is on the ergonomic balance of the materials and the structural simplicity of the tripod-like steel rod base.


    Design & Aesthetic:
    Designed by M+V (Victor Vasilev and Mario Ferrarini), the Keel collection represents a search for the best equilibrium between different materials. Its aesthetic is characterized by the contrast between the rigid, industrial steel frame and the inviting, natural curves of the solid Iroko wood backrest.


    Functionality & Placement:
    The 922/S-OUT is the lower version of the two stools in the collection, specifically designed as a counter stool. It is engineered for outdoor use, making it perfect for outdoor kitchen islands, bars on terraces, or high-top tables in garden lounge areas.
